Liz is a respected real estate broker that grew up on a cattle ranch in South Central Missouri. She and her office are accomplished at helping Buyers and Sellers in the South Central Missouri Lifestyle Real Estate Market. She and her Team base their business plan around God, Family, Honesty, and Helping Others....and it shows! Her sales team earned the #6 ranking in the country and were recently awarded the 'Stand Out' Award out of over 500 offices nation-wide.
She received her real estate degree from Florida State University. While in Florida, she practiced appraisal in the field of Eminent Domain. During that time, she co-authored a chapter in the book, ‘Litigation Support Writing’ and co-authored published articles on Corridors in the fiber-optic industry.
Liz and her husband, John, decided to move back to Missouri to raise their two daughters and have never regretted that decision. She loves the Ozarks and the rural, family-based, lifestyle it provides. Upon moving back to the Ozarks, she began her Missouri real estate career by joining a start-up independent real estate company, Ozarks Country Living Real Estate, which was founded on the principle of customer service. She later purchased the company in June of 2010 and added the United Country franchise later that same year.
She loves where she lives and enjoys showing others what it has to offer, whether it be homes, ranches, farms or recreational property. Having lived in other parts of the country, Liz, understands what it is like moving to our area from outside, and understands the importance of introducing Buyers to others in our area. For those that are Selling Real Estate, Liz personalizes marketing plans for those wanting to Sell property in the South Central Missouri Ozarks; United Country Marketing is made for rural areas like ours!
Besides enjoying her work, Liz has been married to John for over 30 years. They have two daughters (and have added a son since our daughter's wedding) and a grandaughter and grandson. We spend our time hiking, fishing, hunting and enjoying activities centered around the water.

After graduating from Penn State University with a degree in Animal Science and Nutrition, Mike headed west on wheat harvest where he ended up in Montana. There he began building a cattle herd while working as a manager of a Coop and then as an agricultural lender.
Blessed with the opportunity to manage a large ranch and grow his Angus herd, Mike moved to the Judith Basin in Central MT. There he would complete his Masters in Integrated Resource Management (also known as Holistic Ranch Management) from Colorado State, manage property and a cow herd, and become a local resource for land management and real estate advice.
In 2015, searching for a new adventure, Mike moved his family to the Ozarks. A place without comparision, the rolling hills of Missouri have proven a wonderful place to raise a family and cattle. Let Mike’s resource and management experience help you find your place nestled in those hills.
Rhonda was born and raised on a crop and beef cattle farm in Kansas which is part of a small farming community and town called Pretty Prairie. After graduating high school she pursued her Bachelors degree and majored in Communication at the University of San Diego, in San Diego, California. After graduating Rhonda met her husband, Ryan, another small town kid in the big city. Ryan grew up on a dairy farm in Blanchard, Michigan. After a few years they knew that they wanted to move back to the mid-west to start their lives together. They decide on Kansas and were married in April of 2008. A little boy, Braydon, and little girl, Briley, soon followed in 2009 and 2010. Ryan and Rhonda agreed that they would raise their kids with the same morals, values and hardworking ethic that they grew up with.
On a road trip back from Michigan visiting Ryan's family, they were driving through the southern Missouri ozarks and fell in love with the land, especially the plentiful grass. After many views of all kinds of diffent properties, they were shown a dairy farm and knew that was home and became Missourians in the summer of 2016.
Rhonda made the move from "Corporate Life, to Dairy Wife" and couldn't be happier. She enjoys that her and Ryan can volunteer with the different youth sport teams in the community through the YMCA, and are very active in the school and in their church. Mostly she treasures the time she is able to spend and work side by side with her kids and husband on the dairy farm, to milk "the ladies" and take care of all the little baby calves.

Growing up, he was heavily involved in all aspects of agriculture, ranging from being very active in 4-H and FFA, building his own cattle heard along with helping manage his family’s, to clearing timber and land. Tyler acquired his Associate of Arts in Education before he decided to go into the Construction field of trade after he graduated from Salem R-80 high school. He and his wife Kamber, currently call Lenox home, where they manage roughly 700 acres of farm land and take care of 120 head of commercial beef cows.
Tyler enjoys farming, hunting, fishing on the Little Piney and Current River, and doing anything that involves being outdoors. Tyler’s love and passion for farming and the outdoors drives him to want to share the great aspects that the Ozarks has to offer with other individuals, and would love to help make the experience of buying or selling any type of property to help others be able to enjoy the area as much as he does.
